Ring Doorbell Live View Not Activating

Just purchased the ring doorbell 2 on the firt day of issue and aside from 1 2 days of it working it continually fails to activate on live view.

Live view not connecting will not activate same issue for me. Any app that uses data in these locations will not work until you move out of the zone or connect to wifi.
