Ring Doorbell Live View Not Working

Wi fi and router are fine.

Ring doorbell live view not working. Just purchased the ring doorbell 2 on the firt day of issue and aside from 1 2 days of it working it continually fails to activate on live view. However what many people miss is that live view mode doesn t work if your ring doorbell is running on battery power. I had tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and restarting my phone and restarting my router and all of that and it still didn t work. You will be automatically brought to live view.

However if something happens the video window will pop into the center of your screen to bring the matter to your attention.
